- Tenants must inform the management 30 days before vacating. Otherwise, the security deposit is non-refundable.
- Monthly rent must be paid on or before the 6th of every month.
- Token advance once paid cannot be refunded.
- Visitors are not allowed without management permission.
- Electric Iron Box is not allowed.
- Guest accommodation (with or without food): ₹400 per day.
- The PG management is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
- Advance: ₹2,000 Maintenance Charges: ₹1,000.
- Loss of room or locker keys is the tenant's responsibility.
- Switch off lights, fans and geysers before leaving the room.
- Lost cupboard/door key replacement charge: ₹500.
- Food is not allowed inside rooms. Please use the dining hall.
- Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the PG.
- Do not keep unnecessary items on the cot.
- If a tenant vacates the PG without giving 30 days' notice, one month's rent must be paid.
⚠ Failure to follow the above rules may result in vacating the room without prior notice.
